We took our senior cat here and Doctor Elia and the rest of the staff were unbelievably kind and helpful for getting us through the difficult task of saying goodbye to our baby (which was one of the hardest things we ever had to do). I can't imagine going through that without all the patience, care, and guidance that was provided here. They even gave us a little paw print clay ornament as a gift and sent a really nice card. We are excited to now take our big girl rescue Pyrenees there for her future care. The spot feels more like a house than a big pet store (where we have gone before and our dog gets anxious at this other spot). I think she will like this much more. Thanks again to everyone at Roxbury Animal Hospital!! :)
